Frequently asked questions

Before selecting a plan.

The initial inspection establishes the condition of the property and helps determine the correct visit frequency.

Do I need a maintenance plan for an inspection?

No. A one-time inspection can be scheduled before deciding whether recurring service makes sense.

Are repair parts included?

No. Plans cover the scheduled inspections, reporting, and listed minor adjustments. Parts and repair labor are quoted separately with the applicable plan discount.

Can multiple systems be covered?

Yes. The agreement can include chute systems, compactors, lockers, bike racks, or a combination.
